Due to the perishable nature of our products, all juice sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Refunds are not issued for:
• Taste preferences
• Missed deliveries due to incorrect address
• Failure to refrigerate after delivery

All Daie juices are made fresh in small batches with care and intention. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small business.
